
2019年3月24日(ri),青島(dao)地(di)鐵8號線科技館站主體結構順(shun)利封頂,比原(yuan)計劃提前2個月完成,為順(shun)利實(shi)現 8號線北段開通打下堅(jian)實(shi)基礎。
科技(ji)館站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)位(wei)于紅島(dao)高新區,車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為8號(hao)線與(yu)9號(hao)線的平(ping)行(xing)換乘站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),地(di)下二層(ceng)雙島(dao)式(shi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺,車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)總(zong)長282m,標(biao)(biao)準段(duan)寬45m,采用明挖(wa)法(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)。車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)主體結(jie)構為五(wu)柱六跨箱型(xing)框架結(jie)構,總(zong)建筑面(mian)積32422m2,主體結(jie)構混凝土共計7萬(wan)余方,鋼筋共計1萬(wan)余噸,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)規模較(jiao)大,車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)主體結(jie)構2018年4月(yue)(yue)開(kai)始施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),期間(jian)因重大活動停工(gong)(gong)2個(ge)月(yue)(yue),要(yao)在短(duan)短(duan)10個(ge)月(yue)(yue)內完(wan)成(cheng)結(jie)構封頂,工(gong)(gong)期壓力非(fei)常大。為確保(bao)工(gong)(gong)期節點(dian)如期完(wan)成(cheng),由地(di)鐵(tie)八號(hao)線公(gong)司(si)牽頭,組織施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)精心討論和策劃施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組織,優化資源配置和施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方案,充分(fen)考慮時(shi)(shi)間(jian)與(yu)空間(jian)效(xiao)應,跳段(duan)組織多作業施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),并制(zhi)定(ding)月(yue)(yue)度(du)、周分(fen)解計劃,定(ding)期考核,過(guo)程(cheng)管(guan)控各階段(duan)進度(du)完(wan)成(cheng)指標(biao)(biao)情況,及時(shi)(shi)糾(jiu)偏調整,有效(xiao)保(bao)證了節點(dian)工(gong)(gong)期目標(biao)(biao)的實現。
在八號線(xian)公司的嚴格管理(li)(li)下,參建單位細(xi)化(hua)管理(li)(li),合理(li)(li)安排工(gong)籌,優(you)化(hua)施工(gong)方案(an),克服一系列困(kun)難,取得了科技館站主體結構封頂的階段(duan)性勝利(li),為(wei)8號線(xian)北段(duan)快速開通提供有力(li)保(bao)障。
