
170米的區間,穿暗(an)渠、鉆破(po)碎帶、越諸多管線……端午前夕,地鐵(tie)4號(hao)線勁松三路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)至勁松四(si)路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)區間左線勁松四(si)路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)方向單(dan)洞貫通,4號(hao)線又通過(guo)一重大(da)風險源。
勁(jing)松(song)三路(lu)站(zhan)至勁(jing)松(song)四路(lu)站(zhan)區間(jian)地(di)處強風(feng)化巖,區間(jian)拱(gong)頂含富水砂層,地(di)質(zhi)(zhi)條件極差,不盡穿(chuan)越暗(an)渠和地(di)質(zhi)(zhi)破碎帶,還有(you)(you)諸多重(zhong)要管線,為I級(ji)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)源(yuan),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)極大(da)。為確保該區間(jian)開(kai)挖過(guo)(guo)程中的平(ping)穩(wen)和安(an)全(quan),四號線公(gong)司組織設(she)計(ji)單(dan)位對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)和環(huan)境風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)再(zai)(zai)(zai)梳(shu)理、再(zai)(zai)(zai)論證,對設(she)計(ji)措施(shi)和施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方案進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)再(zai)(zai)(zai)研究、再(zai)(zai)(zai)優化。在(zai)地(di)質(zhi)(zhi)薄弱段(duan)和較大(da)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)段(duan),增加地(di)表注漿、洞(dong)內(nei)全(quan)斷面帷幕注漿和中管棚,通過(guo)(guo)強有(you)(you)力(li)(li)措施(shi),從設(she)計(ji)手段(duan)上(shang)進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)全(quan)面武裝。同時(shi),在(zai)對現場施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管控上(shang),采取領導包保、重(zhong)點監管的方針,嚴(yan)格控制現場施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)量,使各項(xiang)設(she)計(ji)措施(shi)得到(dao)有(you)(you)效落(luo)實,將(jiang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)降至最低。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)(guo)程中嚴(yan)控循環(huan)進(jin)(jin)尺和爆破震速,穩(wen)扎穩(wen)打,最終安(an)全(quan)平(ping)穩(wen)穿(chuan)越各個風(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian),實現順利貫(guan)通,為下一(yi)步結構施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)場和其他洞(dong)室(shi)貫(guan)通創造了(le)(le)有(you)(you)力(li)(li)條件。
