
青(qing)島地鐵8號線(xian)建設工(gong)期提前了一年半(ban),創造了國內地鐵建設最快速度。
8號(hao)線起自膠(jiao)州(zhou)北站(zhan),終至五四(si)廣(guang)場(chang)站(zhan),串聯膠(jiao)州(zhou)、城陽、李滄、市北、市南五個區,是(shi)連接青島(dao)新(xin)機場(chang)、北岸(an)城區、東岸(an)城區的快速(su)骨干線路,也是(shi)山東省(sheng)新(xin)舊動能轉換首批優選項目。項目全長61.4公里,車站(zhan)18座,設計時速(su)120km/h。
8號線(xian)北(bei)段(膠(jiao)(jiao)州(zhou)(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-青(qing)島(dao)(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan))共11個(ge)車站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),長48.3公里,其中高架線(xian)6.4公里,地下線(xian)41.9公里,串聯了青(qing)島(dao)(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、紅(hong)島(dao)(dao)火(huo)(huo)車站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、膠(jiao)(jiao)東國際(ji)機場、膠(jiao)(jiao)州(zhou)(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)四大交通樞紐。站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)點分別為膠(jiao)(jiao)州(zhou)(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)(jiao)東機場站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)(jiao)東站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-大澗站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-紅(hong)島(dao)(dao)火(huo)(huo)車站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-健康中心站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-健身中心(紅(hong)島(dao)(dao)會展)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-觀濤站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-紅(hong)島(dao)(dao)科(ke)技館(方特(te))站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-大洋站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-青(qing)島(dao)(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。
8號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)北(bei)段(duan)(duan)“穿山越海”,施工(gong)環境復雜。青(qing)島(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)八號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)公(gong)司副總經(jing)理(li)程學友介紹,為配套新機場轉場運(yun)營,8號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)北(bei)段(duan)(duan)全面提速(su)。在(zai)市委市政(zheng)府的支持下,經(jing)過3萬余名建設(she)者1300多個日夜的辛勤工(gong)作,8號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)北(bei)段(duan)(duan)在(zai)軌道(dao)交通(tong)領域(yu)創造多項(xiang)“青(qing)島(dao)速(su)度”:僅用3年(nian)(nian)半時(shi)間實現(xian)(xian)48.3公(gong)里地(di)鐵(tie)線(xian)(xian)路開通(tong),在(zai)國(guo)內巖石隧道(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)中(zhong)是(shi)沒有(you)過的(同類工(gong)程通(tong)常需(xu)要(yao)5年(nian)(nian)工(gong)期);僅用2年(nian)(nian)零7個月(yue),國(guo)內最(zui)長(chang)的地(di)鐵(tie)過海隧道(dao)在(zai)消除了大(da)(da)量重(zhong)大(da)(da)安全風險源后,順(shun)利實現(xian)(xian)“洞通(tong)”,泥水盾(dun)構實現(xian)(xian)220米/月(yue)掘進速(su)度,這(zhe)在(zai)國(guo)內是(shi)最(zui)快(kuai)的;僅用32天完成過海隧道(dao)5.8公(gong)里軌道(dao)鋪設(she),創造行業新標桿。
8號(hao)線(xian)過(guo)海(hai)(hai)區(qu)域(yu)大(da)洋(yang)站(zhan)至青(qing)島北(bei)站(zhan)區(qu)間(jian)全長7.9公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li),海(hai)(hai)域(yu)段長5.4公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li),為目前已建、在(zai)建國(guo)內(nei)海(hai)(hai)域(yu)段最長地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)跨海(hai)(hai)區(qu)間(jian)隧道(dao)。過(guo)海(hai)(hai)隧道(dao)最大(da)埋深達(da)海(hai)(hai)面下56米(mi),穿(chuan)越地(di)(di)(di)質復(fu)雜多變,共穿(chuan)越9條斷層(ceng)破碎(sui)帶(dai),總長約(yue)1.2公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li),破碎(sui)帶(dai)圍巖破碎(sui)、滲透性強(qiang),且部分連通海(hai)(hai)水(shui),在(zai)如(ru)此高(gao)壓力(li)、長距離(li)、大(da)量斷裂帶(dai)中(zhong)掘進,施(shi)工(gong)難(nan)度之(zhi)大(da),安全風險(xian)之(zhi)高(gao),在(zai)國(guo)內(nei)實屬罕(han)見。針對過(guo)海(hai)(hai)段下穿(chuan)9條破碎(sui)帶(dai)地(di)(di)(di)質非常復(fu)雜這一特(te)點,邀請院(yuan)士(shi)陳湘(xiang)生、史玉新研究各類重(zhong)(zhong)難(nan)點技術(shu)和施(shi)工(gong)問題的風險(xian)管控,為過(guo)海(hai)(hai)段順(shun)利(li)(li)推進出謀(mou)劃策(ce)、“把脈會診(zhen)”。由于(yu)地(di)(di)(di)質極其(qi)復(fu)雜,經反復(fu)論證確定(ding)采(cai)用“盾(dun)構法(fa)”+“礦山法(fa)”對打施(shi)工(gong),東側過(guo)海(hai)(hai)段2.9公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li)采(cai)用泥水(shui)盾(dun)構法(fa)施(shi)工(gong),西側過(guo)海(hai)(hai)段2.5公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li)采(cai)用礦山法(fa)+雙模(mo)式TBM施(shi)工(gong)。8號(hao)線(xian)在(zai)建設過(guo)程中(zhong)通過(guo)有效的技術(shu)以及管理措施(shi),順(shun)利(li)(li)消(xiao)除(chu)多個重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)風險(xian)源。例如(ru),順(shun)利(li)(li)近距離(li)下穿(chuan)運營地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)3號(hao)線(xian)、順(shun)利(li)(li)穿(chuan)越5條鐵(tie)路(lu)線(xian)、順(shun)利(li)(li)完(wan)成隧道(dao)狹小空間(jian)內(nei)7臺數(shu)百噸盾(dun)構機拆解、順(shun)利(li)(li)下穿(chuan)數(shu)百棟房屋等等。
其中,青(qing)(qing)(qing)島北站—滄(cang)口(kou)站區間(jian)(jian)(簡稱青(qing)(qing)(qing)滄(cang)區間(jian)(jian))采用礦(kuang)山法施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),拱頂埋深16米(mi),區間(jian)(jian)左線(xian)(xian)(xian)120米(mi)下(xia)(xia)穿(chuan)運(yun)(yun)營地鐵(tie)3號線(xian)(xian)(xian),最近(jin)距3號線(xian)(xian)(xian)僅(jin)1.14米(mi),采用非爆破暗(an)挖法施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),屬于8號線(xian)(xian)(xian)一(yi)級重大(da)風(feng)險(xian)源(yuan)(yuan),是青(qing)(qing)(qing)島市地鐵(tie)建設(she)(she)(she)史(shi)上首次下(xia)(xia)穿(chuan)運(yun)(yun)營地鐵(tie)。由(you)于施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)風(feng)險(xian)高(gao)、難度大(da),是青(qing)(qing)(qing)島市地鐵(tie)特(te)別重大(da)一(yi)級風(feng)險(xian)源(yuan)(yuan),尤為令人矚目。建設(she)(she)(she)、勘(kan)察、設(she)(she)(she)計、監理(li)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)等(deng)參建單位(wei)科學設(she)(she)(she)計,精密分析,靠(kao)技術創新將已運(yun)(yun)營地鐵(tie)3號線(xian)(xian)(xian)結構的(de)(de)(de)沉降值控(kong)制在(zai)(zai)2毫米(mi)以內(nei),僅(jin)約1枚硬幣(bi)厚(hou)度,可謂地鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)史(shi)上的(de)(de)(de)“奇跡”。“在(zai)(zai)下(xia)(xia)穿(chuan)3號線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)過(guo)程中,公司員(yuan)工(gong)連續半(ban)年時間(jian)(jian)盯在(zai)(zai)掌(zhang)子面,正常運(yun)(yun)營的(de)(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路安全上容不得半(ban)點馬虎(hu),每天(tian)現(xian)場(chang)召開碰頭會(hui)調度施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),按照(zhao)一(yi)級風(feng)險(xian)源(yuan)(yuan)“一(yi)控(kong)六專項”進行管控(kong),確保施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)現(xian)場(chang)萬(wan)無一(yi)失(shi)。”程學友說。
在(zai)(zai)確保安全質量的同(tong)時(shi),為加快施(shi)工(gong)進(jin)度,8號線采(cai)用(yong)了多種先進(jin)工(gong)藝。例(li)如,過(guo)海(hai)段(duan)聯絡通(tong)道在(zai)(zai)國內(nei)首(shou)次采(cai)用(yong)小盾構機械施(shi)工(gong)、在(zai)(zai)省(sheng)內(nei)首(shou)次采(cai)用(yong)電瓶式鋪軌門吊(diao)、首(shou)次引進(jin)自動(dong)打孔機器人等(deng)等(deng)。此(ci)外,根(gen)據不(bu)同(tong)地質同(tong)時(shi)采(cai)用(yong)礦山法、泥水(shui)盾構、TBM施(shi)工(gong),最終攻克了“咽(yan)喉”,確保了線路如期(qi)通(tong)車。
8號線(xian)還在省(sheng)內首(shou)次臨近(jin)高(gao)(gao)速(su)鐵(tie)路地(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)。8號線(xian)高(gao)(gao)架(jia)段(duan)(duan)與濟青(qing)高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)并行7.5公里,最(zui)(zui)近(jin)處僅相隔(ge)12米(mi),且穿(chuan)越電(dian)廠區(qu),距離煙囪不(bu)足30米(mi)。為確保在濟青(qing)高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)開通運(yun)營(ying)前完工(gong),建設單(dan)位從方案的策劃(hua)、設計方案變更、人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)投入(ru)等(deng)各(ge)方面(mian)進行協(xie)調(diao),通過(guo)增加1個架(jia)梁點、1套提運(yun)架(jia)設備(bei)和運(yun)梁通道(dao)等(deng)措施(shi)(shi)(shi)提高(gao)(gao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)效率。該段(duan)(duan)連(lian)續梁經多(duo)方協(xie)調(diao)最(zui)(zui)終由掛(gua)籃法施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)改為支架(jia)法,節省(sheng)了一個多(duo)月時間。施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)高(gao)(gao)峰時人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)投入(ru)1000余人(ren)(ren)同時作業,僅用(yong)10個月完成(cheng)高(gao)(gao)架(jia)段(duan)(duan)于濟青(qing)高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)并行施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),最(zui)(zui)終確保了在濟青(qing)高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)開通前完工(gong)。
8號線北段的藝(yi)(yi)術設(she)計(ji)著重(zhong)提(ti)取(qu)航空元素,以“夢幻青(qing)島”為設(she)計(ji)主(zhu)題(ti),結(jie)合青(qing)島海洋特(te)色和(he)豐富(fu)多彩的地(di)域(yu)文化,以“新媒介、新觀念”藝(yi)(yi)術手(shou)法植(zhi)入(ru)空間,實(shi)現(xian)了城市(shi)文化、歷史沉淀與先進現(xian)代(dai)科技的完美交織,塑造了獨(du)具特(te)色的空間藝(yi)(yi)術一(yi)體化設(she)計(ji),為青(qing)島未(wei)來發(fa)展(zhan)描繪出一(yi)幅(fu)現(xian)代(dai)科技的畫面。8號線建成通車后,將實(shi)現(xian)高鐵、地(di)鐵、航空等全方位換乘,打造了膠(jiao)州市(shi)到青(qing)島主(zhu)城區的新通道。
