青島地鐵4號線、2號線西延段施工取得新進展

歲末年初,寒流的到來沒有阻擋地鐵建設者的奮戰熱情,建設者們不畏嚴寒,堅守一線,地鐵4號線、2號線西延段施工均取得新進展,為新一年工作開展打下堅實基礎。

4號線(xian)(xian)出入段線(xian)(xian)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(jian)大(da)斷(duan)面(mian)(mian)小里程端(duan)(duan)順利貫(guan)(guan)通。12月28日,由中國鐵(tie)建土建12工(gong)(gong)區(qu)(qu)項(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)承建的青島地鐵(tie)4號線(xian)(xian)出入段線(xian)(xian)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(jian)大(da)斷(duan)面(mian)(mian)小里程端(duan)(duan)順利貫(guan)(guan)通,為隧(sui)(sui)道二次襯砌“大(da)干”贏(ying)得開(kai)門(men)紅。出入段線(xian)(xian)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(jian)單(dan)洞四線(xian)(xian)隧(sui)(sui)道小里程段長(chang)91.8米,隧(sui)(sui)道寬度(du)25.91米,斷(duan)面(mian)(mian)截面(mian)(mian)積249.56米,出入段線(xian)(xian)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(jian)小里程段為軟弱圍巖大(da)跨度(du)隧(sui)(sui)道,地質(zhi)結構復(fu)雜、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)難(nan)度(du)大(da),安全(quan)風險高。為解決結構斷(duan)面(mian)(mian)多,結構跨度(du)大(da),力學特(te)征復(fu)雜等難(nan)題,項(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方案和(he)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)進(jin)行(xing)了數次優化,嚴格遵(zun)循“管超(chao)前、嚴注漿(jiang)、短進(jin)尺、早(zao)封閉、勤測量、緊襯砌”的原則(ze),加強監控量測,認真做好(hao)超(chao)前地質(zhi)預報工(gong)(gong)作,及時調整(zheng)開(kai)挖工(gong)(gong)法及支護(hu)參數,初支應在設計基礎上視圍巖情況進(jin)行(xing)加強支護(hu),并(bing)控制好(hao)安全(quan)距離(li),以保證隧(sui)(sui)道施(shi)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量和(he)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)安全(quan)。

4號線(xian)沂(yi)(yi)(yi)江(jiang)區(qu)(qu)(qu)間2#TBM順(shun)利(li)(li)始發。12月(yue)25日,沂(yi)(yi)(yi)江(jiang)區(qu)(qu)(qu)間(沂(yi)(yi)(yi)水路(lu)站(zhan)-江(jiang)蘇路(lu)站(zhan))2#TBM順(shun)利(li)(li)始發。此次始發的沂(yi)(yi)(yi)江(jiang)區(qu)(qu)(qu)間是03工(gong)區(qu)(qu)(qu)TBM負(fu)責的第五個區(qu)(qu)(qu)間,該區(qu)(qu)(qu)間全長570米,共穿越5條(tiao)斷層(ceng)破碎帶,為下(xia)坡施(shi)工(gong)。為確保施(shi)工(gong)節(jie)點(dian)進度(du),中(zhong)鐵(tie)十八(ba)局項(xiang)目部精心組織,工(gong)序銜接推(tui)演,克服了溫(wen)度(du)低,過站(zhan)導臺強度(du)提(ti)(ti)升慢等困難,順(shun)利(li)(li)空推(tui)TBM至掌子面,為向沂(yi)(yi)(yi)江(jiang)區(qu)(qu)(qu)間(沂(yi)(yi)(yi)水路(lu)站(zhan)-江(jiang)蘇路(lu)站(zhan))順(shun)利(li)(li)始發掘(jue)進提(ti)(ti)供(gong)了有力的前提(ti)(ti)保障。

4號(hao)線勁(jing)(jing)松三(san)路站(zhan)(zhan)完(wan)成(cheng)地下三(san)層(ceng)結構(gou)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)。12月(yue)28日,勁(jing)(jing)松三(san)路站(zhan)(zhan)地下三(san)層(ceng)結構(gou)完(wan)成(cheng)全(quan)部土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)作業,進(jin)入(ru)主(zhu)體(ti)(ti)結構(gou)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工。勁(jing)(jing)松三(san)路站(zhan)(zhan)為明挖(wa)(wa)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan),車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)全(quan)長(chang)217m,位于市區主(zhu)干道遼陽西路與勁(jing)(jing)松三(san)路交叉口,基(ji)坑深度32m,土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)量共(gong)計(ji)約(yue)6萬方(fang)(fang)(fang)。該(gai)位置兼做4號(hao)線區間(jian)掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)機(ji)(ji)吊(diao)出(chu)(chu)口,工期緊、體(ti)(ti)量大(da)(da)、任務(wu)重,同(tong)時(shi)該(gai)處臨近(jin)周邊房屋,為最(zui)大(da)(da)限度降低施(shi)(shi)(shi)工影響,全(quan)部土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)依靠機(ji)(ji)械法進(jin)行。先后首(shou)次引進(jin)大(da)(da)型破碎錘挖(wa)(wa)機(ji)(ji)2臺,伸(shen)縮臂挖(wa)(wa)機(ji)(ji)1臺,提(ti)高(gao)了土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)和硬巖破碎的效(xiao)率(lv),在微風化硬巖破碎和開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)上(shang)實現日均最(zui)大(da)(da)開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)量600余方(fang)(fang)(fang)。后續(xu)(xu)該(gai)站(zhan)(zhan)將繼續(xu)(xu)開(kai)展緊鑼密鼓的結構(gou)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工,為按期提(ti)供區間(jian)掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)機(ji)(ji)到達(da)和吊(diao)出(chu)(chu)提(ti)供條件。

2號線西延(yan)段(duan)TBM始(shi)發井擋墻、冠梁(liang)澆(jiao)筑(zhu)完(wan)成(cheng)。12月(yue)27日, 2號線西延(yan)段(duan)TBM始(shi)發井擋墻、冠梁(liang)(設(she)計長(chang)度(du)118m)順(shun)利(li)澆(jiao)筑(zhu)完(wan)成(cheng),標志著開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)準(zhun)備工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)已完(wan)成(cheng)關鍵性任務,即將(jiang)進(jin)行(xing)下(xia)一(yi)(yi)道(dao)(dao)基坑開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序。TBM始(shi)發井位于區間線路正上(shang)方,線路為(wei)直(zhi)線段(duan)。豎井平(ping)面圖(tu)形(xing)為(wei)矩形(xing),豎向深度(du)32.66m,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期緊、任務重。冠梁(liang)澆(jiao)筑(zhu)完(wan)成(cheng)為(wei)后續混凝土支(zhi)撐安(an)裝和(he)基坑開(kai)挖(wa)(wa)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提供了開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)條件。為(wei)保證冠梁(liang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)順(shun)利(li)完(wan)成(cheng),項目(mu)部(bu)(bu)進(jin)行(xing)了周密的(de)部(bu)(bu)署(shu),生產(chan)和(he)防(fang)疫(yi)(yi)兩手抓(zhua)、兩頭重,確(que)保施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)有(you)序。項目(mu)部(bu)(bu)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)進(jin)場后,積極準(zhun)備防(fang)疫(yi)(yi)口罩、酒精、消(xiao)毒液、測溫槍(qiang)、防(fang)護(hu)服、護(hu)目(mu)鏡等(deng)(deng)防(fang)疫(yi)(yi)物(wu)資,及時(shi)對居住(zhu)和(he)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)環境消(xiao)殺(sha),建立(li)健全(quan)(quan)(quan)門禁(jin)體(ti)系(xi)和(he)登記制度(du),為(wei)所(suo)有(you)作(zuo)業人(ren)員提供衛生安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)作(zuo)業環境;對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)生產(chan)現場從技術交(jiao)底、材(cai)料供應、現場文明施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)等(deng)(deng)各(ge)方面都進(jin)行(xing)了全(quan)(quan)(quan)面部(bu)(bu)署(shu);同(tong)時(shi)進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步強化現場技術管理,將(jiang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)目(mu)標和(he)任務進(jin)行(xing)分解(jie),責任到人(ren),安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)交(jiao)底做實做好(hao),確(que)保每道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序有(you)序銜接。

目前,4號(hao)線(xian)(xian)全(quan)線(xian)(xian)25座車站(zhan)中,已累計封頂(ding)12座車站(zhan),線(xian)(xian)路建設正(zheng)平穩快速推進。2號(hao)線(xian)(xian)西延段輪(lun)渡站(zhan)、小港站(zhan)、國際郵(you)輪(lun)港站(zhan)3座車站(zhan)工程有序(xu)推進。
