
2月11日,農歷除夕。正(zheng)值(zhi)萬家歡(huan)度春(chun)節之際(ji),伴隨著“轟隆隆”的(de)巨響(xiang),百米(mi)長的(de)城市“穿(chuan)山甲”硬巖掘進機簡稱(cheng)TBM破巖而出,青島地鐵1號線海泊橋站至青島火車站“五區(qu)間”全部勝(sheng)利(li)貫通(tong)(tong),青島地鐵1號線實(shi)現全線洞通(tong)(tong)。
青島地(di)(di)鐵1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)全(quan)(quan)長(chang)約(yue)60千(qian)(qian)米(mi)(mi)(mi),設41個車站(zhan)(zhan),全(quan)(quan)部為地(di)(di)下站(zhan)(zhan),區間(jian)地(di)(di)質軟硬(ying)結合,風險高(gao)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝復雜(za),北段(duan)(duan)21.9千(qian)(qian)米(mi)(mi)(mi)的線(xian)(xian)(xian)路已于2020年底通車。今年以來(lai),一(yi)號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)司加緊對1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)南段(duan)(duan)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)進度。其(qi)中,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)環境復雜(za)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難度最(zui)大的就是(shi)(shi)海(hai)泊(bo)橋站(zhan)(zhan)—青島火車站(zhan)(zhan)這五個區間(jian)。該區段(duan)(duan)自開工(gong)(gong)伊始(shi)面(mian)臨(lin)三方面(mian)主(zhu)要困難:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路最(zui)長(chang),區段(duan)(duan)全(quan)(quan)長(chang)5.83千(qian)(qian)米(mi)(mi)(mi),是(shi)(shi)目前國內(nei)城市地(di)(di)鐵單臺(tai)TBM施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)最(zui)長(chang)的區段(duan)(duan);二是(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)場地(di)(di)狹小,海(hai)泊(bo)橋站(zhan)(zhan)供4臺(tai)TBM同時始(shi)發(fa);三是(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)況最(zui)復雜(za),下/側(ce)穿(chuan)老舊房屋105處(chu)、穿(chuan)越不良地(di)(di)質段(duan)(duan)46處(chu),線(xian)(xian)(xian)路曲線(xian)(xian)(xian)段(duan)(duan)25處(chu),最(zui)小轉彎半徑(jing)350米(mi)(mi)(mi),過站(zhan)(zhan)10次、始(shi)發(fa)接收20次。
在工(gong)程建設過程中,地(di)鐵(tie)集團超前謀劃,精心組織,大(da)膽創(chuang)新,結合現(xian)場實際通(tong)(tong)過采用國內首創(chuang)的(de)“連續皮帶(dai)機+垂直儲帶(dai)倉+垂直皮帶(dai)機+水平布料機”綜合快速出渣系統(tong),成功解決了(le)施工(gong)線(xian)路長和施工(gong)場地(di)狹(xia)小(xiao)的(de)難題(ti);通(tong)(tong)過合理(li)控(kong)制掘進參數(shu)、加強(qiang)地(di)表注漿超前預加固、洞內外聯動監測等(deng)手段(duan)成功克(ke)服(fu)復(fu)雜的(de)工(gong)況(kuang);創(chuang)造(zao)了(le)最高日進尺28米,最高月進尺473米的(de)驕人業績。歷經了(le)五(wu)百多個夜以繼日地(di)艱苦鏖戰,該區段(duan)于如期(qi)順利貫通(tong)(tong),至此地(di)鐵(tie)1號(hao)線(xian)正(zheng)線(xian)區間全(quan)部貫通(tong)(tong)。這(zhe)是繼北段(duan)開(kai)通(tong)(tong)試運營后又一里程碑節(jie)點(dian),為全(quan)線(xian)通(tong)(tong)車打下了(le)堅(jian)實的(de)基礎。
在工程(cheng)(cheng)建設(she)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中,一(yi)號線(xian)公(gong)司始終堅持以人為本、科技先導(dao)、精細管理(li)(li)、爭創一(yi)流的(de)管理(li)(li)理(li)(li)念,在做(zuo)好安全(quan)管控的(de)同時,靠前(qian)指揮(hui),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)勞動競(jing)賽促生產,在實現北(bei)段(duan)通(tong)車的(de)前(qian)提下(xia)同步推進南段(duan)工程(cheng)(cheng)建設(she),區(qu)間貫通(tong)后(hou)一(yi)號線(xian)公(gong)司將組織參加(jia)單位快速轉入后(hou)續(xu)專業施工,爭取(qu)早日實現東西兩岸(an)島城人民乘坐(zuo)地鐵通(tong)行。
今(jin)年是(shi)我市“項(xiang)目落地年”,在(zai)建(jian)(jian)地鐵項(xiang)目將(jiang)全面提(ti)速。據一(yi)號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)公司(si)業(ye)主代表申華(hua)偉(wei)介(jie)紹(shao),1號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)南段的(de)(de)加快(kuai)建(jian)(jian)設與(yu)春節、疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)相遇,為避免受到疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)的(de)(de)重大影響,一(yi)號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)公司(si)提(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)部(bu)署(shu)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。春節前(qian)(qian)(qian)組織人員(yuan)大干30天,提(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)防(fang)范春節、疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)等可能延緩的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期。為做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,1號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)全線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)推廣疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)專(zhuan)用通道,有的(de)(de)通道內(nei)設置了電(dian)子化(hua)測溫設備(bei)(bei),人員(yuan)通過自動讀取體溫并記錄(lu);同時(shi)組織各(ge)參建(jian)(jian)單位持續(xu)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好生活區、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作場地內(nei)的(de)(de)消毒、消殺工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,持續(xu)做(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)好佩(pei)戴口罩、錯峰就餐、分(fen)(fen)(fen)桌(zhuo)分(fen)(fen)(fen)盒就餐等疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。保(bao)障安全質量是(shi)重中之重,一(yi)號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)公司(si)制定(ding)《決戰攻(gong)堅階段十條紅(hong)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)》,要(yao)求各(ge)參建(jian)(jian)單位抓(zhua)好責任落實,堅決杜絕各(ge)類觸碰紅(hong)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)情(qing)(qing)況發生。春節期間1號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)全線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)有約800位管理人員(yuan)和約2500位一(yi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)作業(ye)人員(yuan)留青過年。另(ling)外1號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)提(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)進行了各(ge)項(xiang)物資儲備(bei)(bei),與(yu)供貨(huo)(huo)商預(yu)約供貨(huo)(huo),甚(shen)至有的(de)(de)物資提(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)采購儲存(cun);提(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)協調(diao)設備(bei)(bei)供貨(huo)(huo),提(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)安排業(ye)代分(fen)(fen)(fen)別赴(fu)各(ge)地廠家督促提(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)供貨(huo)(huo)并驗貨(huo)(huo),確保(bao)及時(shi)高質量到貨(huo)(huo)。
中鐵十八局項目經理(li)介紹(shao),在(zai)地鐵集團和(he)一號線(xian)公(gong)司(si)的組織下,中鐵十八局及(ji)1號線(xian)全(quan)線(xian)各(ge)參建單位(wei)(wei)積極(ji)響應國(guo)家號召“非(fei)必要不離(li)青”,鼓勵(li)各(ge)工(gong)(gong)區(qu)采取一切激勵(li)措(cuo)施保障人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)留(liu)青,春節期(qi)間我(wo)們項目部(bu)留(liu)守管(guan)理(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)約75人(ren)(ren),一線(xian)作業人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)約386人(ren)(ren)。為(wei)保障工(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)在(zai)青過年(nian)(nian)更加舒心,各(ge)施工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)(wei)在(zai)宿舍(she)都為(wei)工(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)們配(pei)備(bei)了空調(diao)和(he)24小時熱水洗浴,配(pei)發了防(fang)寒的軍大衣,同時項目部(bu)將嚴格按照國(guo)家規定,調(diao)整(zheng)春節期(qi)間勞務報酬(chou),在(zai)除夕和(he)大年(nian)(nian)初一兩天給工(gong)(gong)友發放(fang)新年(nian)(nian)紅包,并統一配(pei)備(bei)年(nian)(nian)夜(ye)飯送到各(ge)個班組,讓工(gong)(gong)友在(zai)青過年(nian)(nian)也能(neng)有家的感覺(jue)。
隨著(zhu)1號(hao)線南段洞通目(mu)標(biao)的實現,后續一(yi)號(hao)線將(jiang)全(quan)力(li)開展鋪軌、機電安裝工作。青(qing)(qing)島(dao)地(di)鐵1號(hao)線開通運營(ying)后,市民乘坐地(di)鐵通過(guo)膠州灣僅需6分鐘,將(jiang)為青(qing)(qing)島(dao)東西(xi)兩岸市民出行帶來(lai)便利(li),有(you)力(li)助推(tui)西(xi)海岸新區(qu)發(fa)展騰(teng)飛和青(qing)(qing)島(dao)同城(cheng)化進程(cheng),進一(yi)步提(ti)升青(qing)(qing)島(dao)國際(ji)化都市生活品質。青(qing)(qing)島(dao)地(di)鐵1號(hao)線的建設(she)(she)將(jiang)為青(qing)(qing)島(dao)市建設(she)(she)國家(jia)中心(xin)城(cheng)市、建設(she)(she)美麗青(qing)(qing)島(dao)和宜居幸福創新型國際(ji)城(cheng)市發(fa)揮(hui)重要(yao)作用。
