攻堅落實 青島地鐵“途中跑”再提速 5條在建線路加快建設進度 助力提升城市功能品質

今年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)初(chu),按照我(wo)市(shi)項目(mu)(mu)落地(di)(di)(di)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)部(bu)署,青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)地(di)(di)(di)鐵集團將2021年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)確(que)(que)定(ding)為攻堅(jian)落實(shi)(shi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),明(ming)確(que)(que)了“在(zai)(zai)建(jian)項目(mu)(mu)將全面(mian)提速,確(que)(que)保(bao)1號線南段年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)底具備空(kong)載試運行條件(jian)”等具體目(mu)(mu)標。 在(zai)(zai)不久前召開的(de)(de)全市(shi)轉(zhuan)作風創一(yi)流(liu)當排頭動(dong)員會上,我(wo)市(shi)提出(chu)“青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)要(yao)在(zai)(zai)六個方面(mian)對(dui)標先(xian)進扎(zha)實(shi)(shi)奮進創一(yi)流(liu)”,其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),“在(zai)(zai)提升城市(shi)功能(neng)品質上扎(zha)實(shi)(shi)奮進創一(yi)流(liu)”中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)提出(chu)加快地(di)(di)(di)鐵建(jian)設進度(du)。青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)地(di)(di)(di)鐵年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)初(chu)喊出(chu)了“起跑(pao)即沖刺,開局即決(jue)戰(zhan)”的(de)(de)誓(shi)師口號,適(shi)逢年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)地(di)(di)(di)鐵的(de)(de)“途(tu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)跑(pao)”情況如何?年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)初(chu)定(ding)下的(de)(de)攻堅(jian)落實(shi)(shi)目(mu)(mu)標推進得怎么樣?且(qie)看來自青(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)地(di)(di)(di)鐵建(jian)設一(yi)線的(de)(de)“匯報”。

 

1號線南(nan)段:全(quan)線電通指日(ri)可待


青(qing)島地鐵年初確(que)定的建設(she)攻堅目標中,“確(que)保1號線南段年底具備空載(zai)試運行(xing)條件”是非常明(ming)確(que)的一條。


地鐵1號(hao)線(xian)全長(chang)59.97公里(li),設41座(zuo)車站,連接(jie)西海岸、市(shi)南、市(shi)北、李(li)滄、城陽5區,是山東省重大工程項目。1號(hao)線(xian)南段下穿(chuan)膠州灣(wan),連接(jie)青(qing)島(dao)(dao)東西兩岸,開通后(hou),青(qing)島(dao)(dao)市(shi)民乘(cheng)坐地鐵通過膠州灣(wan)僅(jin)需(xu)6分鐘。可(ke)以說,1號(hao)線(xian)南段的進度直接(jie)關系著青(qing)島(dao)(dao)東西兩岸市(shi)民出行的便利,也(ye)關系著青(qing)島(dao)(dao)作為國(guo)際(ji)化都市(shi)的生(sheng)活品(pin)質。


今年以來,青島市地(di)(di)鐵一號線(xian)(xian)有限(xian)公司加(jia)緊(jin)對1號線(xian)(xian)南段(duan)施(shi)工進(jin)(jin)度(du),地(di)(di)鐵集團超(chao)前謀劃,精心組織,大膽創(chuang)新(xin),采用國內(nei)(nei)首創(chuang)的(de)“連(lian)續(xu)皮(pi)帶機(ji)+垂直(zhi)(zhi)儲帶倉+垂直(zhi)(zhi)皮(pi)帶機(ji)+水平布(bu)料機(ji)”綜合快速出渣系統(tong),成功解(jie)決了施(shi)工線(xian)(xian)路(lu)長(chang)和(he)施(shi)工場地(di)(di)狹(xia)小(xiao)的(de)難題;通過(guo)合理(li)控制(zhi)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)參數、加(jia)強(qiang)地(di)(di)表注漿超(chao)前預加(jia)固、洞(dong)內(nei)(nei)外聯(lian)動監測等手(shou)段(duan)成功克服復雜的(de)工況。其間(jian),1號線(xian)(xian)創(chuang)造(zao)了最(zui)高日(ri)進(jin)(jin)尺(chi)28米、最(zui)高月進(jin)(jin)尺(chi)473米的(de)驕(jiao)人成績。2月11日(ri)農歷除夕(xi)當日(ri),地(di)(di)鐵1號線(xian)(xian)正線(xian)(xian)區間(jian)全部貫通,為全線(xian)(xian)通車(che)打下了堅(jian)實的(de)基(ji)礎。


區間貫(guan)通(tong)后,一(yi)號線(xian)公司又向著軌(gui)(gui)通(tong)發起攻堅。1號線(xian)南段軌(gui)(gui)道全長約38公里,以軌(gui)(gui)通(tong)為目標,一(yi)號線(xian)公司倒排工(gong)(gong)(gong)期,高峰期共同時(shi)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)13個作業(ye)面(mian),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人數(shu)達(da)到1100多(duo)人,軌(gui)(gui)道運輸車輛13組,鋪軌(gui)(gui)設備39臺(tai),有(you)效(xiao)保障了軌(gui)(gui)道工(gong)(gong)(gong)程順利開展。通(tong)過對鋪軌(gui)(gui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝進行技術升級(ji)改(gai)造,解決(jue)走形(xing)軌(gui)(gui)支(zhi)墩穩定性難題;改(gai)進尾氣處理裝置,有(you)效(xiao)保障隧道內施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環境,保證過海段軌(gui)(gui)道工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)始(shi)終處于(yu)安全、高效(xiao)、有(you)序(xu)推進,順利實(shi)現(xian)軌(gui)(gui)道跨海貫(guan)通(tong),于(yu)5月(yue)20日實(shi)現(xian)了全線(xian)軌(gui)(gui)通(tong)。

1號線(xian)軌通


在軌(gui)通現場(chang),軌(gui)道單位將“黨員突擊(ji)隊(dui)”隊(dui)旗交(jiao)接至機電單位。為(wei)保證兩條外電源(yuan)線(xian)路如期送電,一(yi)號(hao)線(xian)公司及施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位工(gong)(gong)程進度(du)每日匯報,突擊(ji)式夜間加班、節假日不間斷施(shi)工(gong)(gong)、配備多套施(shi)工(gong)(gong)班組等多措并舉,組織施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位投入更(geng)多的人力(li)、物力(li)、精(jing)力(li)保證安全、質量、進度(du)。5月28日,青島地鐵1號(hao)線(xian)勝(sheng)利橋站開閉所及其外電源(yuan)順利完成送電,為(wei)青島地鐵1號(hao)線(xian)后續電通任務提供了前(qian)提條件。

目(mu)前,青(qing)島地鐵1號(hao)線(xian)全線(xian)電(dian)通指日可待(dai),后續將陸續開(kai)展列車試(shi)運行(xing)、南北貫通調(diao)試(shi)、消防(fang)及安全驗收等(deng)重要(yao)調(diao)試(shi)工作,保障1號(hao)線(xian)全線(xian)實現高質量(liang)開(kai)通。


4號線:封頂18座車站貫通17個區間


地(di)鐵4號(hao)線(xian)的(de)建(jian)設進(jin)度也一(yi)直備(bei)受主城區(qu)(qu)(qu)居民的(de)關(guan)注。30.9公里的(de)4號(hao)線(xian)擁有22座車站(zhan),經過市(shi)(shi)南區(qu)(qu)(qu)老城區(qu)(qu)(qu)、市(shi)(shi)北區(qu)(qu)(qu)浮山(shan)后等處,覆(fu)蓋眾多(duo)人口密集(ji)區(qu)(qu)(qu)和(he)客流集(ji)散點,未來將(jiang)成為貫穿市(shi)(shi)區(qu)(qu)(qu)中部的(de)東西向骨干線(xian)路,是一(yi)條民生線(xian)路,其作用與“提升城市(shi)(shi)功能品(pin)質上(shang)扎(zha)實奮(fen)進(jin)創(chuang)一(yi)流”高度契合。


經過前期(qi)的充(chong)分積累(lei),進入5月,地鐵(tie)4號線土建接連取得節點勝利。


5月11日(ri)(ri),人民會堂(tang)站(zhan)(zhan)至內海(hai)(hai)區(qu)間(jian)(內蒙古路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)至海(hai)(hai)泊橋站(zhan)(zhan))TBM左線順利(li)(li)貫通(tong),首個機(ji)械(xie)化施工標(biao)段(duan)(duan)全線貫通(tong);5月15日(ri)(ri),554米(mi)的錯埠嶺(ling)站(zhan)(zhan)—福州路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)間(jian)右線4#TBM順利(li)(li)貫通(tong),較年度計劃(hua)提(ti)前3天;5月22日(ri)(ri),土(tu)建10工區(qu)又傳來好消息,張(zhang)村站(zhan)(zhan)—李宅路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)間(jian)右線盾構順利(li)(li)貫通(tong);5月23日(ri)(ri),全線最長車站(zhan)(zhan)張(zhang)村站(zhan)(zhan)明挖(wa)段(duan)(duan)主體(ti)結構順利(li)(li)封頂,比(bi)計劃(hua)提(ti)前8天;5月31日(ri)(ri),九(jiu)水東路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)—靜港路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)間(jian)右線盾構機(ji)順利(li)(li)始發,九(jiu)靜區(qu)間(jian)正式進入機(ji)械(xie)施工階段(duan)(duan)。

4號線最長(chang)車(che)站張村站明挖段主(zhu)體結構(gou)順利封頂


目前,4號線全(quan)線25座車(che)(che)站(zhan)中,已累計封頂18座車(che)(che)站(zhan),車(che)(che)站(zhan)主體土(tu)方開挖(wa)累計完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)99.5%。全(quan)線共27個區間(jian)(jian),已有17個區間(jian)(jian)實現貫通,礦山法區間(jian)(jian)累計開挖(wa)90%,TBM區間(jian)(jian)累計完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)總量的78%,盾構區間(jian)(jian)累計完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)總量的63%,線路建設正平穩快(kuai)速(su)推進。

二期(qi)在建線路:突破難點創造建設新紀錄

青島地(di)(di)鐵目前在(zai)建線(xian)(xian)路5條,除了上(shang)述的(de)兩條線(xian)(xian)路,還有地(di)(di)鐵2號(hao)線(xian)(xian)西(xi)延(yan)段、地(di)(di)鐵8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)南(nan)段和地(di)(di)鐵6號(hao)線(xian)(xian)。


2號(hao)線西(xi)延段雖然只有短短3.84公(gong)里(li),但連接大港(gang)、小港(gang)、團島(dao)等重要功能區,該片區接入了快速(su)公(gong)共交通(tong)走廊,將在很大程(cheng)度上改觀(guan)周邊(bian)居民出行(xing)受膠濟鐵(tie)路(lu)及新冠(guan)高架阻隔(ge)影響的(de)局面(mian)。2號(hao)線西(xi)延段是我市(shi)交通(tong)基礎設施(shi)建(jian)設攻(gong)勢發起以來(lai)新開(kai)(kai)工建(jian)設的(de)首條地(di)鐵(tie)線路(lu)。目前,國際郵輪港(gang)站已進入主體結構施(shi)工,小港(gang)站拱部開(kai)(kai)挖支護完(wan)成,土建(jian)施(shi)工完(wan)成總(zong)量的(de)30%。

 5月31日,8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)山東路(lu)南(nan)(nan)(nan)站(zhan)至五(wu)四廣場站(zhan)(山五(wu)區間(jian))TBM隧(sui)道雙線(xian)(xian)順利(li)貫通(tong)(tong)。山五(wu)區間(jian)是8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)南(nan)(nan)(nan)段的(de)土(tu)建(jian)難(nan)點之(zhi)一,區間(jian)主要(yao)位于山東路(lu)下(xia)(xia)方(fang),途經閩江(jiang)路(lu)至江(jiang)西路(lu)等(deng)主要(yao)道路(lu),接入山五(wu)區間(jian)停車線(xian)(xian)大斷(duan)面(mian),下(xia)(xia)穿(chuan)供(gong)電(dian)、雨(yu)污水(shui)(shui)、燃氣管(guan)線(xian)(xian)及地下(xia)(xia)通(tong)(tong)道等(deng)眾多風(feng)險(xian)源;地質條件復雜(za),穿(chuan)越6條富水(shui)(shui)斷(duan)層破(po)碎帶、圍巖堅硬,單軸(zhou)抗壓(ya)強度極高,換刀(dao)頻繁等(deng)不利(li)因素都成(cheng)為(wei)建(jian)設(she)過(guo)程中(zhong)的(de)“攔路(lu)虎(hu)”。面(mian)對(dui)困難(nan),青島地鐵邀請國內知名(ming)專家“會(hui)診”,針對(dui)存在的(de)風(feng)險(xian)點進行“桌(zhuo)面(mian)推演”,在施(shi)工過(guo)程中(zhong)利(li)用數(shu)字化平(ping)臺(tai)對(dui)現場安全(quan)、質量、進度、風(feng)險(xian)等(deng)進行24小時監控,為(wei)保證TBM隧(sui)道順利(li)貫通(tong)(tong)奠(dian)定(ding)了堅實的(de)基礎。8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)南(nan)(nan)(nan)段全(quan)長13.1公里,目前(qian)閆南(nan)(nan)(nan)區間(jian)、南(nan)(nan)(nan)嘉區間(jian)、山五(wu)區間(jian)已貫通(tong)(tong)。

3、8號線支援供電(dian)改造(zao)為青島地鐵(tie)8號線海(hai)域段供電(dian)上“雙保險(xian)”

8號線(xian)山東路南站至(zhi)五(wu)四廣場站區間TBM隧道雙(shuang)線(xian)順利貫通

6號線(xian)是我(wo)市軌道交通(tong)二(er)期(qi)建(jian)設規劃中(zhong)最后(hou)一個(ge)(ge)開(kai)建(jian)的(de)項目(mu)。開(kai)建(jian)以來,6號線(xian)歷時(shi)11個(ge)(ge)月,實現(xian)45個(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)點主(zhu)體(ti)全面(mian)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)一年即實現(xian)盾(dun)(dun)構始發,刷新了(le)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)設新速度。過去一個(ge)(ge)多月,6號線(xian)先后(hou)實現(xian)了(le)青(qing)(qing)醫西院區(qu)站主(zhu)體(ti)貫(guan)通(tong)和朝(chao)陽(yang)山CBD站主(zhu)體(ti)結構順利封頂。其中(zhong),青(qing)(qing)醫西院區(qu)站是全線(xian)首(shou)座(zuo)貫(guan)通(tong)的(de)暗(an)挖車(che)站,也全線(xian)最長的(de)暗(an)挖車(che)站,該站僅用(yong)時(shi)5個(ge)(ge)月即實現(xian)上斷面(mian)的(de)安全順利貫(guan)通(tong),較(jiao)類似車(che)站提前近兩個(ge)(ge)月,創造青(qing)(qing)島地(di)(di)鐵(tie)暗(an)挖車(che)站建(jian)設新紀(ji)錄。青(qing)(qing)島地(di)(di)鐵(tie)6號線(xian)一期(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程共21站22區(qu)間,新建(jian)20座(zuo)車(che)站,線(xian)路全長約30公里。目(mu)前14座(zuo)明挖車(che)站中(zhong)有1座(zuo)已完成主(zhu)體(ti)結構施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),8座(zuo)正在進行(xing)主(zhu)體(ti)結構施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),6座(zuo)暗(an)挖車(che)站已進入主(zhu)體(ti)開(kai)挖施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),3臺(tai)盾(dun)(dun)構機正在進行(xing)掘進施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。
